CA Manish Raj Dhandharia brings over 23 years of post-qualification experience, specializing in Indirect Tax (IDT) consultancy and litigation. A qualified LL.B. and mentor to 90,000+ CA, CS, and CMA students, he has been actively associated with ICAI through EIRC and various Direct and Indirect Tax committees, and has served as Co-opted Member – Board of Studies (ICAI Delhi), Special Invitee – IDT Committee (ICAI Delhi), Executive Committee Member – ACAE/VIPCA, and is also an Insolvency Professional (IBC) and Registered Valuation Officer.
Alongside, the firm is also led by CA Sunil Kumar Bhawsinghka, a seasoned professional with rich experience in taxation, audit, and financial consultancy. He has advised clients across diverse industries such as solar, catering, and waste management, enabling him to develop a comprehensive understanding of sector-specific dynamics and business operations. His experience working under finance brokers has equipped him with in-depth knowledge of financial structuring, debt syndication, and funding strategies, allowing him to provide value-driven financial insights and solutions. Combining technical expertise with a practical approach, he delivers end-to-end solutions in compliance, advisory, and strategic financial planning.
